There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The internet was quite terrible, which was a bit frustrating.

Great hiking and winter sports, the bar served drinks , the panoramic restaurant had regional cuisine , and there's a games room. Torre and Piodão are only 30 km away.

So glad the restaurant had regional cuisine, because I certainly didn't enjoy the lack of vegetables for breakfast. How dare they not cater to my every fancy!

The rooms were clean and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a large shower cabin. The highlight of my stay was the superb breakfast, with a wide variety of delicious food, including local specialties like homemade jams and cheese. The staff was excellent and helpful, even assisting us with carrying our bags upstairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in the mountains.

This was our second stay at Pedras Lavradas and once again, it exceeded our expectations. the hotel's great location between Serra da Estrela and Serra do Açor provided breathtaking views of the mountains, valleys, and distant villages. the hotel's restaurant served outstanding food, including local specialties like the famous cheese 'queijo da Estrela' and the delicious 'chouriço' sausages. the rooms, although basic and small, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the large and comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the mountains. the breakfast was amazing, with an extensive selection of delicious food, although it lacked vegetables, which is typical for breakfast in Portugal. The hotel also had a good mobile network signal and plenty of free parking space. Cons: Nothing not to like. 😊.
